Job Description:

We are currently seeking 6 experienced Well Site Coordinators to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in wellsite supervision and coordination within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations at well sites
• Coordinate all well site activities ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Interface with drilling engineers, rig contractors, and third-party service providers
• Ensure proper implementation of drilling programs and logistics planning
• Monitor and report on HSE performance and incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of drilling and well operations
• Relevant technical diploma/degree preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in remote well site locations
