Our client is a well-known FMCG Company in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah.
Responsibilities:
- Develops risk management policies and procedures, conducts risk assessments, monitors compliance, and provides strategic advice to senior management.
- Ensures risks are properly controlled and aligned with organizational objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Performing risk evaluation and making risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods to minimize future risks.
- Proactively providing risk management advice, identifying emerging risks, and advising the Directors on appropriate risk management options.
- Overseeing risk reporting to the Board on risk management best practices.
- Conducting reviews of current or emerging high-risk and high-profile activities.
- Helping managers at all levels to ensure that risk management is embedded at an operational level within the business.
- Participate in risk management training sessions and workshops to promote a risk-aware culture.
- Liaising with external advisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in the Risk Management field or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks.
- Proficient in risk assessment tools, report writing, and data analysis.
- Must be familiar with compliance standards for the industry, including financial, property, operational, or personnel reporting, regulations, and standards.
- Must have extensive knowledge of financing strategies to build up preventative measures against potential losses.
