Job Description
- Digital Strategy Development: Crafting and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Abbott’s overall business goals and brand vision. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for digital engagement.
- Digital Channel Management: Overseeing the management and optimization of Abbott’s digital presence, including the corporate website, social media channels, email marketing, and e-commerce. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns and channels, using data-driven insights to improve efforts.
- Content Development and Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end execution of content for online and offline channels, ensuring messaging aligns with Abbott’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with consumers and drives engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
- High digital literacy and systems-thinking approach to digital integration into strategy
- Strong expertise with digital analytics tools (DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and social media management tools
