We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly with Oracle applications and technologies, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and exceed sales targets.


What will you do?


  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities focused on Oracle solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, Oracle Cloud, etc.)
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and renewal of services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and aligning Oracle solutions appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams and internal solution consultants to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Which Talent do you bring?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, with a focus on Oracle solutions.
  • Good understanding of Oracle’s product suite, licensing models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
