Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a prominent organization in the education and vocational training sector to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager for their Riyadh office. This role focuses on driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence in Riyadh and the surrounding region.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in Riyadh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance visibility and brand presence.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the education, training, or services sector in Riyadh.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Riyadh’s business landscape and client dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, business analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
