Our client helps construction companies enhance safety, optimize labor productivity, and automate workforce logistics.

Location: Riyadh or Dubai preferred; regular travel to Saudi Arabia and UAE, including trade-shows, customer sites, and company's offices.

Role Summary

As the primary product storyteller, you'll be a hands-on, self-starter who can turn technical capabilities into clear, compelling sales stories rooted in the world of construction. You'll collaborate closely between Product and Sales to craft messaging, build enablement tools, and drive go-to-market execution, positioning the company as the leader in Digital Supervision across Saudi Arabia, GCC, USA, and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Positioning

  • Translate product and roadmap inputs into crisp value propositions for each audience segment.
  • Craft benefit-oriented positioning statements and proof points that resonate in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the US.

Demand Generation

  • Collaborate with Sales to design campaigns that build awareness and fill the pipeline (email, paid, organic, webinars).
  • Provide field-enablement tools, sales kits, battle cards, product sheets, competitive matrices.

Content & Creative

  • Write and layout copy/graphics for presentations, flyers, handouts, trade-show booths, social posts, webinars, live talks, and web pages.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all assets.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Source, brief, and manage freelance designers, videographers, and print shops when in-house capacity is limited.
  • Ensure on-time, on-brand delivery of all creative.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Own end-to-end event planning: booth design, logistics, lead-capture workflows, staff training, and on-site execution.
  • Measure ROI and optimize future spending.

Brand Ambassador

  • Champion and evolve the company's brand guidelines; propagate across internal teams and external partners.

Agile Execution

  • Balance strategic long-term launch plans with rapid-turnaround tasks (e.g., a pitch deck needed tomorrow).

Required Qualifications

  • 5 + years in B2B product marketing, ideally in IoT, construction tech, industrial SaaS, or hardware-enabled software.
  • Proven success creating multi-channel collateral (print + digital) and running trade-show programs that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Strong copywriting skillsable to distill complex technology into clear, persuasive language.
  • Working knowledge of modern tools, be they Adobe CC / Figma / PowerPoint (or Keynote) or equivalents, and basic layout principles.
  • Experience managing external creative or event vendors, including contract negotiation and budget tracking.
  • Familiarity with Middle East business culture and fluent English; Arabic a strong plus.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25 % within KSA and UAE, possible trips to US or Japan.

Preferred Extras

  • Exposure to construction or heavy-industrial environments.
  • Marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (HubSpot) proficiency.
  • Portfolio demonstrating omni-channel campaigns and event activations you led.

Compensation & Engagement

  • Contract: 6 month engagement, market-rate day fee, option to convert to FTE.
