Qualifications

Job description

As an HR business partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing operational HR support to enhance Bayut KSA's business performance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

In this role, you will:

  1. Responsible for the paperwork of new hires, including contractual, banking, and medical insurance;
  2. Coordinate and administer training workshops, which fall part of the onboarding program;
  3. Manage the full visa cycle for new hires, using platforms and portals relative to the business units;
  4. Coordinate the relocation of new hires into the country;
  5. Responsible for the maintenance, administration and completion of internal HRMS (BambooHR);
  6. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices;
  7. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems;
  8. Provide current employees with information about policies, job duties, salaries, benefits, etc;
  9. Provide HR representation, support, and guidance during the PIP cycle and performance management issues, including disciplinary or information job chats/continuous conversations;
  10. Support focus groups across the organisation, implementation agenda, and recommending feedback and improvements;
  11. Support & coordinate with PRO to cancel/transfer visas and clear the immigration list;
  12. Conduct exit interviews and prepare the final settlement as per the Saudi labour law;
  13. Represent Bayut at Saudi labour regarding disputes, as and when required;
  14. Provide 24/48 hours response time, not limited to paperwork production, including salary certificates, PIP paperwork & performance paperwork;
  15. Provide monthly reports to HRM, visa headcount, quota, etc;
  16. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements;
  17. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives;
  18. Drive organisational change initiatives, supporting business transformation and cultural change;
  19. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  2. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred;
  3. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the KSA market;
  4. Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi employment laws;
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite;
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  7. Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders;
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  9. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach;
  10. High level of integrity and confidentiality;
  11. Strong organisational and time management skills;
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
