Job description

Job Purpose:

Oversee the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of HCM business application, leading teams and IT activities to align with the overall application strategy. Ensure seamless integration, optimizing business cycles and functions for effective workforce planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HCM Application, ensuring adherence to established policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Applications Manager to identify, assess, and select the most suitable solutions, vendors, and suppliers to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with the IT sector for technical requirements when necessary (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Applications: Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, PMS, LMS, ORC, and Succession Planning).
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes, and practices, taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity.
  • Work closely with IT/Business management, Vendors, SSIS Technical Team to identify the business application requirements and enhance the current application processes to satisfy the current and future business needs.
  • Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports related to Business Applications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
  • 6- 8 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years in one full cycle of Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation.
  • Knowledge of integration methods and report visualization tools.
  • Project management experience.
