Food Service Manager, KSA

Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Food Service Manager to lead and drive business growth in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing foodservice distributors, handling the Bakery Ingredients, Frozen (Ice Cream, Frozen Vegetables), and Snacks Brands portfolio, and expanding key accounts across the HORECA and Bakery channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Distributor Management: Lead and optimize relationships with foodservice distributors, focusing on sales strategies, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and performance analysis. Expand distribution through joint business planning and strategic initiatives.
  2. Key Account & Channel Development: Build strong relationships with key HORECA and Bakery operators, secure new accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive menu placement and product solutions.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets, develop and execute sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate on new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  4. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, provide data-driven insights, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
  • 5+ years of successful foodservice sales experience in Saudi Arabia, demonstrating strong distributor and key account management skills.
  • Proven expertise in the HORECA and Bakery channels, managing a diverse portfolio including Bakery Ingredients, Frozen (Ice Cream, Frozen Vegetables), and Snacks.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, develop pricing models, and drive revenue growth through key account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM and sales management tools is preferred.
