Relationship Manager (Eastern Province Experience)

Lendo is a fast-growing FinTech company on a mission to transform the financial landscape in Saudi Arabia by providing businesses with fast, secure, and transparent access to finance. As we expand into the Eastern Province, we're seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to establish and grow our client base in this new region. Leveraging your existing client network and industry connections, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring a deep understanding of Lendo's offerings and driving new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Development:
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of Lendo's products and services, staying updated on new offerings and industry trends.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, building Lendo's brand in the Eastern Province.
  • Conduct regular site visits and e-meetings with clients to maintain engagement and foster loyalty.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
  • Leverage your existing client network to initiate new relationships, expanding Lendo's footprint in the Eastern Province.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities, identifying clients that align with Lendo's services.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, adding value for clients while contributing to revenue growth.
Client Needs Assessment & Solution Provision:
  • Identify and understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, recommending tailored solutions to address these.
  • Provide clients with in-depth product and service consultations, guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience and offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by actively managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on client engagement and revenue performance, providing insights to the sales team.
Problem Resolution & Client Satisfaction:
  • Address client concerns, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Foster long-term loyalty and trust with clients by providing consistent, reliable support.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in financial services, FinTech, or a related industry, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Existing network of clients within the Eastern Province region is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new solutions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
