Atheel Contracting Company is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect Engineer to lead our architectural projects in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering high-quality, innovative designs that align with client expectations and local regulations.

About the Role

The Senior Architect Engineer will be responsible for managing architectural design from initial concept to execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering aesthetically superior, functional structures. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive each project's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through to completion
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and realize their vision
• Develop and present comprehensive design proposals, including sketches and 3D models
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi building codes and relevant regulations
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain design quality
• Mentor and support junior architects and interns on the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design and project execution
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
• Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
• LEED accreditation or equivalent sustainability certification is an advantage
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required
