Summary
The High School PE Teacher will be an integral member of our educational program. The teacher will be responsible for delivering principles and methods of physical education curriculum and training design, helping high school students develop physical abilities and healthy habits.
Position Duties
The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Effectively

- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the goals and objectives of a clearly-defined and documented curriculum.
- Demonstrate effective teaching practices and adapt instructional techniques to the age and skill levels of students.

- Create innovative games and activities.
- Provide students positive feedback to encourage them and help them develop an appreciation for physical education.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the High School Assistant Principal.

Qualifications And Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- Certification as a teacher.
- Physical fitness.
Experience And Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a PE Teacher.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Skills
- A strong awareness of child protection and a commitment to ensure the safety of our students.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Highly-developed classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of various types of exercise.
