Job Title: Technical Support and Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and maintenance services for various equipment and machinery, specifically screw air compressors.
2. Assist in the sales of spare parts and related products.
3. Handle customer after-sales support proactively and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing screw air compressors and sales of spare parts.
• GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferable.
• Experience with brands such as Atlas Copco, Elgi, Kaeser, Compare, & Ingersoll Rand compressors is preferred.

Other Qualifications:

• Diploma or engineering degree.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Good sales communication skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving.
• Proactive in handling customer after-sales and maintenance services.
