Job description

Role Summary :

Flowserve is seeking a Credit & Collection Analyst who will report to the Global Credit & Collections Manager. The primary responsibility involves analyzing financial statements of the company.

Your Role :

  1. Analyze credit exposures.
  2. Develop understanding of trade finance and credit management to support the business.
  3. Perform credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts in accordance with the Global Credit Policy to minimize risk.
  4. Review credit limits monthly.
  5. Manage credit limits and terms, communicating them to relevant parties.
  6. Coordinate with the Business Support Center and other Credit and Collection teams regarding Accounts Receivables and Cash Application.
  7. Participate actively in the PMP, setting SMART goals and objectives.
  8. Achieve division safety goals by maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety policies.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile :

  • Ability to evaluate financial information efficiently.
  • College or university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in credit data and communication.
  • Strong team player with good relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proactive in resolving issues promptly.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is advantageous.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
