About this Opportunity

We seek an ICT Program Director to lead projects within the Cloud Software Services (CSS) BOS domain, ensuring delivery according to scope, time, costs, and quality standards. The role involves managing project scope, resources, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring contractual and business compliance.

What You Will Do

• Build strong relationships with customer executives and act as an Ericsson ambassador at the client site.
• Manage operational relationships, meetings, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure contract fulfillment, establish program organization, clarify scope, and secure resources.
• Oversee delivery compliance, manage scope and change requests, and ensure transparency and audit readiness.
• Drive program execution and delivery, and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team during presales to develop strategies and plans.

The Skills You Bring

• Proven leadership in large-scale systems integration programs, managing multiple vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience with ICT, BSS, and operator transformation projects with budgets over 10M USD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the ICT sector, with expertise in BSS, OSS, Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, vNF, cNF.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English and a customer-focused attitude.
