- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism.
- Ushers are responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the seating configuration of the entire Zone/Area including, but not limited to, all entry/exits, stairs, grandstands, elevators, first aid stations, concessions, and event information.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Understanding of all PWD requirements and reporting any PWD issues that may arise to the supervisor.
- Identifying and relating problems to their supervisors.
- Responsible for operating and managing the grandstands.
- Direct attendees to their seats and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage and control queues to ensure orderly entry and exit.
- Monitor crowd flow to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety.
- Must wear the proper uniform and always present a neat professional appearance.
- All personnel must conduct themselves in a professional manner, greeting all event patrons and guests with a positive attitude and courteous behavior to help create a friendly atmosphere.
