The Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and delivering key aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets. This involves brand management, customer segmentation, data analytics, campaign planning, and multi-channel optimisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ownership and management of marketing strategies, including planning, implementation, and optimisation of inbound and outbound campaigns. Regular reporting on KPIs, online traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Understanding visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour through testing and reporting, utilising tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Setting new KPI targets and benchmarking campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with agencies on paid campaigns, measuring and optimising paid marketing efforts.
  • Developing innovative SEO strategies and organic search growth plans tailored to different international markets.
  • Creating high-quality content with content marketing teams, managing organic search performance, and setting goals based on traffic and conversions.
  • Designing and implementing testing and optimisation strategies, including A/B testing, landing pages, and CTAs.
Leadership
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure successful campaign delivery aligned with KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Manage digital marketing staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure effective campaign execution.
Analysis & Insight
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce reports, and recommend adjustments based on data insights.
  • Share insights with the team and senior management to drive revenue and explore new opportunities.
Planning & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to meet objectives like visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition.
  • Ensure adherence to operational plans and deadlines, and assist with budget development and tracking.
Marketing Execution
  • Identify target audiences and develop personas, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure timely, relevant communication across digital channels, optimised for each platform.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and data analytics tools like Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in MS Office, adaptable to new technologies
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with marketing automation, CMS platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics platforms
  • Event marketing experience and formal higher education in marketing
