Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruiting process by posting job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Facilitate onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain precise employee records and manage confidential HR documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Compile and maintain reports regarding HR metrics and statistics.
  • Collaborate with HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role or administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
