Responsibilities:
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Provide general technical support to clients
- Civil engineering background or relevant
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any university-degree in any Engineering field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Sales Engineer or Engineering Professional in any manufacturing industry, preferably Steel Fabrication Company, must have established familiarity with EPC Contactors.
- Must have established business network for potential business relationship.
- Core competencies to include Excellent Communication Skills in English, High Proficiencies in MS Office Application, In-depth understanding of Engineering Drawings, Business Process Acumen, Negotiation Skills, Result-Orientation, Diplomacy, and Decision-Making Skills
