Job Description

We are seeking a world-class Key Account Director to drive transformative growth across the Gulf region. This quota-carrying, individual contributor role focuses on strategic industry accounts and large, complex wins. You will own the entire sales cycle, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve high-impact outcomes.

This role requires ownership, leadership without formal authority, and a drive for transformation beyond mere transactions.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—in assigned strategic industries.
  2. Deliver consistent multi-million-dollar enterprise wins.
  3. Build deep, trusted relationships with CxO and Board-level stakeholders.
  4. Orchestrate complex stakeholder engagements both internally and externally.
  5. Collaborate with GSIs, partners, and the IFS ecosystem to amplify success.
  6. Implement strategic account plans and create pathways for long-term customer success.
  7. Act as a catalyst for change—shaping customer perceptions and the IFS go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  1. Strong relationships and networks within strategic industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing), preferably with Middle East experience.
  2. 10+ years of successful experience selling complex enterprise software deals with consistent large wins.
  3. Expertise in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
  4. Gravitas, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Ability to lead complex pursuits through influence, collaboration, and vision.
  6. Hands-on, ownership mentality—no room for spectators.
  7. Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
