Job description

We are seeking a Technical project manager - Agile Delivery to support on driving the successful execution of our digital transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on digital products, API integrations, system interconnectivity, and Agile delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and expertise in managing full lifecycle projects using JIRA and Scrum/Hybrid/waterfall frameworks.

You will coordinate with vendors, internal IT, IS, business stakeholders, and third-party systems to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable delivery of technology projects—especially in Digital delivery, API management, DevSecOps pipelines, ERP Implementations and middleware integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects, especially focused on API integrations, middleware, and system architecture.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint reviews across hybrid Agile delivery teams.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, security teams, and external vendors (e.g., Temenos, Newgen, Software AG) to align on timelines, scope, and dependencies.
• Define, track, and report project KPIs, burn-down charts, velocity metrics, and risk status using JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Power BI dashboards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, user stories, and testing criteria.
• Manage the API lifecycle, including access control, documentation, testing environments, and integration validation.
• Coordinate with Information Security to ensure API compliance, encryption, and authentication policies.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates, stakeholder reports, and project timelines.
• Maintain action trackers, escalation logs, and RAID registers.
• Support training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing related to new integrations and platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in financial services or digital transformation programs.
• Expert on PMO Framework.
• Proven experience managing API projects, integrations, and SDLC lifecycle across multiple vendors.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile and PM certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and managing user stories, sprints, and test cycles.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and integration architectures (RESTful APIs, SOAP, middleware tools like Software AG).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in both technical language and business communication.
