Job Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up the framework of Nagel's business continuity function, including policies, procedures, and recovery plans.
- Develop and maintain an effective organizational business continuity plan that meets industry standards and can be executed quickly in an emergency.
- Create plans for maintaining operations during a disaster, including establishing backup facilities or alternate sites.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure implementation of the business continuity plan and readiness of relevant functions in case of a crisis.
- Conduct regular drills to test emergency response plans and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management and/or Business Continuity.
- Preferred certifications: RMP, MOR, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships, and challenge the business when necessary.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Driven, motivated, positive mindset, and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of current auditing techniques and team management experience.
