One of our clients is looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia. Details as below :
REPORTS TO: Director
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Business Development
SUPERVISES: Sales supervisor and salesman
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating with the current sales team handling Govt / Semi Govt customers to achieve the company’s objectives. The job role also includes building relations with new and existing customers and managing all Sales operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Business Development: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Build new customer base & retain existing customers by providing excellent customer service. Visit and advise new customers from respective markets. Identification of new areas for business. Ensure collection of outstanding dues from the customers.
- Business Support: Safeguarding of company assets in respective markets. Supervise sales team & their sales operations. Understanding customer needs & offer support/solution after discussion & approval from seniors. Supervise accounts receivable.
- Competition Research: Analyze competitor’s activities (e.g. pricing, sales strategies, launching of new brands) & report the same to seniors.
- Reporting: Timely reports to General Manager and the Management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree
8-15 years (FMCG will be preferred)
DRIVING LICENCE is a mandate
Basic computer skills • Good written & verbal communication skills. • Languages – English, Hindi. - (Arabic Preferred.) • Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently. • Understanding of company & its position in the market.
