Job description

One of our clients is looking for a Sales Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia. Details as below :

REPORTS TO: Director

DEPARTMENT: Sales & Business Development

SUPERVISES: Sales supervisor and salesman

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating with the current sales team handling Govt / Semi Govt customers to achieve the company’s objectives. The job role also includes building relations with new and existing customers and managing all Sales operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Build new customer base & retain existing customers by providing excellent customer service. Visit and advise new customers from respective markets. Identification of new areas for business. Ensure collection of outstanding dues from the customers.
  2. Business Support: Safeguarding of company assets in respective markets. Supervise sales team & their sales operations. Understanding customer needs & offer support/solution after discussion & approval from seniors. Supervise accounts receivable.
  3. Competition Research: Analyze competitor’s activities (e.g. pricing, sales strategies, launching of new brands) & report the same to seniors.
  4. Reporting: Timely reports to General Manager and the Management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree

8-15 years (FMCG will be preferred)

DRIVING LICENCE is a mandate

Basic computer skills • Good written & verbal communication skills. • Languages – English, Hindi. - (Arabic Preferred.) • Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently. • Understanding of company & its position in the market.
