Job Description

Front Desk Agent

  1. Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service.
  2. Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders.
  3. Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
  4. Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
  5. Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in English (verbal and written), a second language an asset.
  2. Previous customer-related experience preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Highly responsible & reliable.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
