The Health Representative is responsible for maximizing awareness and market share of Hospital Category products through various sales and promotion activities within the Central Zone.
Key Accountabilities:
- Visiting physicians to help them manage their patients' diseases using Pfizer products.
- Distributing knowledge via guidelines, product samples, marketing literature, and clinical trials to assist physicians and healthcare professionals in making informed decisions.
- Following up with healthcare professionals (KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, etc.) to gather feedback and address questions regarding Pfizer products.
- Providing approved information to healthcare professionals on Pfizer products, including medical usage, dosages, and side effects.
- Enlisting Pfizer products in institutional formularies.
- Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and updates on healthcare system or hospital structure changes.
- Contributing to marketing campaign preparations by providing insights on market and customer needs.
- Monitoring stock levels, consumption, and ordering processes, especially in government sectors and institutions.
- Participating in Pfizer community awareness programs.
- Attending seminars and assisting in sales demonstrations and exhibitions.
- Organizing audiovisual activities and participating in the nomination and selection of local speakers.
- Reporting visits and activities via MI, attending sales and general meetings.
- Preparing short-term plans restricted to his/her area and products.
- Presenting reports based on sales manager recommendations and market needs.
- Updating customer lists based on targeting processes, customer segmentation, and insights.
- Understanding customer disease management needs and maintaining/creating advocates aligned with customer priorities.
- Managing all customer communications related to business.
- Executing activities such as conferences and workshops to engage customers.
- Providing monthly reports on sales, activities, market feedback, threats, and opportunities.
- Participating in setting and executing engagement plans and partnership programs.
- Exploring new business opportunities and expanding reach.
Level of Responsibilities:
- Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales Manager; however, the incumbent is fully responsible for the business and financial results of his/her territory.
- Responsible for achieving budget targets including % growth, market share, and IMS parameters.
