Job Title: Recruitment & Mobilization Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment & Mobilization Officer with 2 years of experience to support our manpower sourcing, onboarding, and mobilization activities. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure the seamless mobilization of candidates in compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate with project teams and HR to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare job advertisements and post on relevant job portals and platforms.
  • Facilitate offer letters, employment contracts, and document collection.
  • Manage pre-mobilization activities including visa processing, medical tests, background checks, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure mobilization timelines are met and all compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding onboarding status.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for mobilization approvals and gate passes.
  • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment and mobilization status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and mobilization (preferably in contracting or industrial sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa processing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Able to handle multiple recruitment assignments under tight deadlines.
