Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of mega real estate development projects, from initial planning to final execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for complex real estate developments.
2. Formulate and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4. Effectively communicate project goals, roles, responsibilities, and expectations to team members.
5. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, regulatory authorities, and community representatives.
6. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
7. Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints.
8. Conduct regular financial analyses and provide updates to senior management.
9. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with mega real estate development projects.
10. Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
11. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout all phases of the project.
12. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
13. Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays.
14. Implement strategies to keep the project on schedule.
15. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project achievements, challenges, and resolutions.
16. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on mega real estate development projects.
3. PMP Certification required.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software, including social collaboration software and Microsoft Excel.
