  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and software applications
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and customers
  • Experience with industry-standard IT practices and methodologies
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools, and presales methodologies
