Job description

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture

Requirements: Saudi Female candidates are preferable.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the progress of the work.
2. Liaise with key project stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
3. Coordinate design, and work with consultants and subcontractors.
4. Prepare the project program, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
5. Develop and implement project schedules in accordance with the project phase of work.
6. Develop and track project labor histograms including weekly project indicators.
7. Develop and implement project costs and budget plans.
8. Review, sign-off, and implement project quality plans and procedures.
9. Review, sign-off, and implement project EHS management plan.
10. Management and motivation of project construction and engineering teams.
11. Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with the business timetable.
