Role Description
  1. Participate in the creation of new designs and collections:
    • Provide ideas and insights into new fashion trends based on direct interaction with customers.
    • Contribute to the selection of fabrics, colors, and designs that meet market and customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the design team to review prototypes and provide feedback for improvement.
  2. Develop a creative and collaborative work environment:
    • Suggest new ways to display fashion in the store to enhance the customer experience.
    • Provide ideas for improving the work environment, both in terms of organization and team motivation.
    • Contribute to events and promotions that reflect the brand's identity.
  3. Customer Service and Sales:
    • Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
    • Advise customers on the latest designs and trends.
    • Assist them in choosing sizes and styles that suit their tastes and needs.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and increase sales.
    • Familiarity with all fashion details, such as materials, care methods, and available designs.
    • Explain product features to customers in a professional manner.
    • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and new collections at IKH Fashion.
    • Provide after-sales service, such as following up on customer satisfaction with their purchases.
    • Suggest fashion styles via social media (if included in duties).
    • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
    • Know your monthly sales goal and develop a plan to achieve it.
    • Divide your target sales into daily and weekly goals for easy tracking and gradual achievement.
    • Continuously analyze your personal performance to identify strengths and improve weaknesses.
    • Use consultative selling techniques by asking questions to understand customer needs.
    • Highlight product features in an engaging and persuasive manner.
    • Offer smart coordination suggestions so customers buy more than one item.
    • Take advantage of offers and discounts to encourage purchases.
