Port Captain - KSA Ports Services - IMI

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure harbor assets are operationally ready to support port activities, including tugs, mooring equipment, and navigational aids.
2. Monitor and coordinate maintenance schedules for all harbor assets in collaboration with the Port Engineer.
3. Plan and oversee harbor operations to ensure timely support for vessel movements and other marine activities.
4. Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and liaise with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
5. Conduct performance appraisals for harbor operations personnel and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Maintain and analyze data and statistics of the assets and present insights to management when required.
7. Coordinate with customers and VTS for asset deployment based on daily shipping movements to ensure seamless operations.
8. Manage all updates and upgrades of the assets’ equipment and charts.
9. Oversee assets operations.
