About this opportunity:



We are seeking a Contract Manager in Saudi Arabia with leadership skills to manage large-scale sales contract negotiations. The role involves direct communication with Ericsson customers, drafting commercial terms, ensuring compliance, and managing contractual relationships internally and externally to secure Ericsson’s interests.

What you will do:



  1. Develop long-term contract strategies, assess customer risk profiles, and analyze deviations from business-critical terms and conditions.
  2. Review contractual documentation, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
  3. Create and influence contract proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
  4. Ensure contract sign-offs, monitor obligations, and manage contract execution and governance.
  5. Manage contract performance, resolve disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
  6. Finalize and close contracts, document lessons learned, and improve contract management practices.
  7. Provide expert guidance on contracting matters and set strategies for new contracts and renewals.

Role Focus:


Manage contract management priorities across the sales cycle, from strategy through execution. Ensure adherence to industry practices, Ericsson policies, and legal standards. Develop contractual strategies to maximize commercial value, manage risks, and support sales objectives.

You will bring:


  • Graduate degree in law, business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • Contract Management certification from a recognized institution (renewed periodically).
  • 7-12 years of experience in Contract Management, Project Management, or Sales, especially in B2B enterprise environments with international exposure.
  • Experience in negotiating complex technology solutions, services, and software contracts.
