Job description

Facility Manager (15 years of Experience)

Holds a university degree in engineering and has experience in operation and maintenance.

Holds a PMP Certification.

Has sufficient experience in mechanical and electrical works.

Has sufficient experience in managing all activities covered by the contract.

Fifteen (15) years of experience in this field.

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Understanding of ERP / CAFM implementation.

Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic and English.

Proficient in using all office computer programs.

Must be medically fit.

Must have a valid light vehicle-driving license.

Ability to prepare preventive maintenance strategies and schedules, respond to faults, diagnose gaps and malfunctions, and submit reports to prevent future occurrences.

Ability to implement health and safety standards for employees under supervision at the work site.

Ability to manage modern systems for onsite facilities and prepare periodic dashboard reports for the company representative or through other means.
