The position is primarily responsible for supporting Beckman Coulter’s customers by educating end-users on BCI test menu and instruments, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting within the specified territory of the assigned country. Expected travel and time management involve 80% of time spent in the field visiting customers.

Product Line

Diagnostics

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Drive sales growth in the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer accounts.
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical support to clients.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Support customers post-sale through onboarding, training, and application optimization.
  • Attend industry trade shows, seminars, and conferences as a company representative.
  • Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (parameters, calibration, and quality control).
  • Develop and deliver product training to end users and support field associates.
  • Support the implementation of projects on the clinical side and support customers over the phone as needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with end users by meeting customer needs and expanding the test menu and product portfolio.
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with a B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, Medical Lab, or Diagnostic/Laboratory experience is a MUST.
  • Clinical and commercial driven individual.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, purchasing agents, and distributors.
  • Highly agile and flexible, as extensive travel is required.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market.
