Job Description:
- Providing inventory management services for spare parts.
- Identifying and submitting the lists of the required spare parts and consumables continuously.
- Providing a supply and sustainability plan that includes minimum inventory lists and consumables for each system semi-annually.
- Performing inventory analyses for long lead-time items and developing a procurement plan.
- Issuing a monthly sustainability report on spare parts inventory, including:
- Inventory level data, including incoming spare parts and their readiness for use.
- OEM recommendations on inventory levels and supply.
- Inventory increase requirements for items with high shortage rates.
- Predictive studies, such as compiling lists of spare parts based on equipment failure rates.
Supporting loading and unloading activities of delivered spare parts, including:- Preparation of records and related documents.
- Preparing, collecting, sorting, and describing shipments.
- Documenting, processing, and transporting contaminated, dangerous, or military materials in accordance with legislation and policies.
Prioritizing stock available at warehouses over new stock purchases.Working with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically the "Isnad" system, and entering all data electronically. Training will be provided.Managing the distribution of inventory through an appropriate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) system.Reviewing the current inventory management system and delivery methods, and proposing improvements related to receiving, issuing, delivering, and reissuing items.Providing a Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) management plan, including handling repairable items and adhering to procedures for disposal of damaged, unserviceable, and hazardous items.Organizing spare parts, arranging them on shelves, and issuing stickers/labels with relevant details.
