Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their business needs and foster relationships.
  2. Create account plans for key clients, including setting goals, strategies, and action plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans successfully and identify growth opportunities.
  4. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Resolve customer issues promptly by working closely with relevant teams.
  6. Collect data and generate regular reports to monitor account performance.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities affecting key clients.
Requirements:
