Job description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented and driven Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing organization. Your expertise in understanding technical roles and the recruitment process will help us find candidates that align with our corporate culture and technical requirements.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, create compelling job descriptions, and effectively market our opportunities to attract the right candidates. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
  2. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to maximize visibility
  3. Screens applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews
  4. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management
  8. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage relationships with potential hires
  9. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal as an employer of choice
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical roles
  3. Strong understanding of technical job roles and the IT industry
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruiting platforms
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  8. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively
