Purpose of the post

Nesto group KSA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations across our KSA outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring competitive pricing to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profit margins across product categories.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Analyze market trends to set competitive pricing strategies and plan promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams to prevent overstocking or stockouts, and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the commercial team, setting clear objectives and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a commercial management role within the retail sector, preferably in hypermarkets or supermarkets.
  • GCC Experience: Prior experience in the GCC retail market, especially in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
