A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Mechanical QC Supervisor to oversee the quality control of mechanical installations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Aramco and project standards, conduct inspections, and manage quality-related issues. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with significant experience in mechanical quality control within the oil and gas sector.
Supervise and oversee the quality control of mechanical installations, ensuring compliance with Aramco and project standards.
Review and approve Mechanical Procedures, Welding Procedures, PQRs, and WPS.
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical works, including piping, pressure vessels, HVAC systems, and mechanical installations.
Monitor adherence to ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) and perform quality checks as per project requirements.
Prepare inspection reports and documentation for review and approval.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
Ensure that all mechanical works are in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
Aramco Approved Mechanical QC Supervisor
5+ years of experience in mechanical quality control, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar projects
Strong knowledge of Aramco specifications, mechanical standards, and welding inspection procedures
Valid SAP number and CBT certification (if applicable)
Immediate availability and readiness to mobilize
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure quality compliance
