Alkathiri Holding is seeking to hire a Tendering and Cost Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the contracting industry

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing technical queries and submittals, and delivering detailed cost estimates for Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, Architectural, and Fit-out works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the contracting/construction industry (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)

• Strong knowledge in budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and cost-benefit evaluation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent financial and analytical skills

Skills

• Strong ability to analyze tender documents and understand technical and financial requirements

• Excellent skills in cost estimation and market price comparison

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Capable of preparing accurate technical and financial proposals

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Familiarity with contract structures and pricing methods in the construction industry
