Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing properties under Asset Management/Advisory Agreements.
- Participate in engagements with Operators across the Hospitality Asset portfolio, including discussions and negotiations related to Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Brand License Agreements, and Branded Residences Agreements.
- Support Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements.
- Identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites.
- Serve as liaison between Head Office and the commission for specific requirements.
- Assist organization-wide and support peers as needed to perform their duties.
- Perform additional activities as required by the board, CEO, or other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure timely reporting of asset performance.
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and Board of Directors reports for the portfolio under AMA.
- Conduct regular property visits and reporting to execute strategies effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Additional professional certifications are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields.
- Proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
