Alkaffary Group is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive the growth of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience, increase online sales, and manage product selection. You will collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to optimize the e-commerce website and successfully implement promotional campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Establish Standards and Best Practices:
  • Develop systems, standards, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
  • Provide support across digital marketing areas, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media
  • Identify best practices for SEO related to inventory, pre-orders, and pricing strategies
  • Performance Analysis and Sales Monitoring:
  • Track product sales changes using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for organized reporting
  • Oversee key operational tasks, including stock management, category updates, and handling product returns
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to enhance efficiencies, trade activities, and customer experience
  • Product Management and Promotional Activities:
  • Manage product uploads, build new categories, update product details, and execute promotional campaigns
  • Play an active role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for development projects and conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Coordinate daily e-commerce marketplace activities such as product uploads, performance reporting, and stock transfers
  • Reporting and Data Insights:
  • Prepare reports on e-commerce trade performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), provide data-driven insights, and conduct in-depth analysis to understand shopping behaviors and trends
  • Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of the website to enhance user experience and site performance

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Zid, Salla
  • Proficient in using analytical tools to assess performance and identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce user experience (UX), content development projects, and user interaction in a digital environment
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to set commercial objectives
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with web design, with a keen eye for detail
