An Assistant Human Resources Manager in an international luxury hotel plays a vital role in supporting HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assisting with posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
  2. Employee Onboarding: Facilitating orientation and integration of new hires.
  3. Training and Development: Organizing training sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
  4. Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, promoting positive environment, and maintaining recognition programs.
  5. Performance Management: Supporting appraisal processes and evaluation.
  6. Policy Implementation: Communicating and updating HR policies.
  7. Benefits Administration: Managing benefits programs and assisting employees.
  8. Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining records.
  9. Payroll Support: Verifying attendance, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments.
  10. HR Reporting: Preparing reports and providing insights to management.

This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a positive attitude to foster a supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in international luxury hotels
  • GCC exposure preferred
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
