Core Resbonsability :-



### Provides management information and insights on all dimensions of business performance to facilitate discussion and decision making, both on a periodic basis and for ad-hoc management requests.
Provides inputs and supports the preparation of the annual budget for own department, tracks expenditure and ensures adherence to the budget. Supports the development of the workforce plan for own department by providing inputs based on workload analysis and forecasting trends. Assists in the implementation of Otis's vision, mission and cultural values across all employee groups in the department. Implements and monitors approved department policies, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
Leads the alignment between financial and strategic planning in the branch to ensure achievement of business objectives for Otis – Middle East. Manages the implementation of branch based development plans, coordinates activities regarding launch of new products and services, and streamline of internal processes according to established policies and procedures. Monitors and controls the operations and administration of the branch to maximise efficiency and productivity and to provide consistently high standards of external customer service. Resolves administrative issues in the branch and manages the coordination with the General Manager - Entity respect to any such requirements at the branch. Liaises with multiple representatives from various internal departments to drive any initiatives at the branch level in adherence to quality service standards in a holistic manner at the branch. Guides the new equipment and service sales leads to proactively seek sales opportunities through synergies of Otis – Middle East businesses and maintain client relationships. Ensures timelines are met for all projects in alignment with the defined service quality standards and looks into timely delivery of all projects to the customers. Develops a service-oriented and performance driven culture by ensuring that all service quality targets are met by the branch. Ensures all field operations activities at the branch are delivered as per the defined service quality and EH&S standards. Ensures invoices are raised as per the terms of the new sales, maintenance, repairing and modernization contracts and submitted to the customer on time. Develops strategies for customer service improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and ensure best in class service delivery across all customer touch points. Directs customer complaint handling, provides advice and implements other processes/initiatives as needed with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction in the branch. Guides the team in liaising with Otis factories on all matters pertaining to equipment supply such as product specification discussion, pricing and delivery etc. for the projects within the branch operations. Reviews market intelligence recommendations and communicates them across the branch to ensure business decisions are backed by market data.
Directs implementation of change initiatives within the branch to facilitate the adoption of new or improved operational processes and/or procedures.
Prepares monthly operating/financial statements for the branch and reports to General Manager - Entity for further evaluation and direction on future steps to be taken.
Supports the development of a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in own department and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the team. Organizes and supervises the activities of team members in a manner that supports self-management and continuous improvement.

## Provides coaching, formal and informal feedback to team members in order to support their continuous development.

Minimum Qualifications :



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management is preferred Relevant certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Construction Project Management (CPM) or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing operations in a construction/engineering organization At least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
