Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a CH-47F Quality Control Inspector to work in Saudi Arabia.
Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control technical inspector under the direction of the Aviation Quality Control (QC) Manager on a CH-47F aircraft. Also serves as the data analyst technical compliance documentation administrator, CH-47 Weight and Balance technician, and the technical expert on the aircraft ensuring airworthiness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance quality control activities and procedures among designated organizations are aligned with maintenance processes to achieve operational readiness rates as per contractual requirements.
- Assist the QC Manager in establishing and enforcing maintenance quality control processes, procedures, records, and reports.
- Help establish daily maintenance quality control organizational goals and priorities to meet operational readiness targets.
- Support the development of quality control processes, standards, and reports for the maintenance program.
- Respond to inquiries, investigations, and research related to quality control maintenance processes, reporting to the Maintenance Manager through the QC Manager.
- Maintain current certifications, training, and qualifications relevant to the role.
- Participate in daily production control meetings for coordination with maintenance and SCM representatives.
- Ensure all quality control maintenance operations are conducted safely.
- Inspect back shops as directed by the QC Manager.
- Maintain aircraft historical records with 100% accuracy.
- Determine requirements for Post Maintenance Check Flights (PMCF) / Functional Check Flights (FCF) and interpret inspection criteria for maintenance staff.
- Proficiently use measuring tools, gages, and alignment fixtures.
- Perform as Weight and Balance (W&B) technician, completing all related documentation according to directives and manuals.
- Communicate effectively with QC/PC Manager, prioritizing safety and mission success.
- Support the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) process and procedures.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to personnel in quality control, safety, and maintenance performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the QC Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of cumulative rotary aviation maintenance experience.
- Five (5) years as an MH or CH-47D/E/F/G aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician.
- Three (3) years as a CH-47D/F Technical Inspector.
- Graduate of a US Military aviation maintenance course (15 Series).
- Graduate of ALC (BNCOC).
- Proficient in AWBS software, technical manuals, maintenance forms, and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an overseas deployment physical.
- HS diploma or equivalent; US Citizenship required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Five (5) years' experience as an aviation Quality Control Inspector or Supervisor.
