Job description

The Service Coordinator, KSA is the primary point of contact for requests linked to Technical Service for systems installed and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service administration, including back-office management such as order management, service contracts, logistics, and invoicing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  1. Enter and manage service requests linked to instrumentation into the service management software.
  2. Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and ensure contracts are updated in a timely manner.
  4. Manage invoicing, issue credit notes, and handle return of goods.
  5. Create cases and dispatch Field Engineers.
  6. Ensure Install Base updates and accuracy in ERP systems as necessary.
  7. Manage inter/intra-country forward and reverse movement of goods and spare parts.
  8. Monitor stock inventory and request replenishments accordingly.
  9. Identify, develop, and implement process and procedure improvements.
  10. Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and oral); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of international trade rules, including incoterms and customs, in KSA.
  • Proficiency with commercial computer applications such as MS Office.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle (or similar ERP systems), Salesforce.com, and ServiceMax.
  • Ability to follow complex procedures and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with different teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
