# Senior IT Functional Analyst (SAP FICO)

Position Title: Senior IT Functional Analyst (SAP FICO)

Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Analyst. Proven experience with SAP FI, CO, PS modules, and their integration with EAM, MM, SD, HCM, and third-party systems (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) in an SAP S/4HANA environment. Mandatory SAP S/4HANA FI/CO certification (version 1909 or higher).

Yearly Salary Package: Range between 10,000 and 16,000 SAR maximum.

Job Description: This role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, along with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. The candidate will understand business needs, design functional solutions, configure SAP systems, and support digital transformation initiatives through automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in the Finance domain.
2. Develop functional design documents and specifications tailored to business needs.
3. Configure SAP FI, CO, PS modules and ensure integration with other SAP modules and systems (e.g., MM, SD, EAM, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
4. Lead and execute testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
5. Provide user training and post-go-live support for successful SAP adoption.
6. Troubleshoot system issues, liaise with technical teams, and ensure resolution aligns with business needs.
7. Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
8. Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to digital transformation.
9. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (S/4HANA) and integration points.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a results-driven approach.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
