Senior Associate, Advisory

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, who is going to responsible for supporting team leadership, collecting and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, delivering impactful and clear client presentations.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

• Manage the analytical execution and development of client deliverables
• Contribute to the team’s problem solving and client management
• Generate creative ideas and turning those into client ready recommendations
• Assist with or owning communications and interactions with clients
• Manage analyst team members including research efforts
• Participate in and occasionally driving firm initiatives

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in consultancy, preferably in management consultancy with proven track records working with client team
• Experience fostering client relationships for effective project management with attention to details
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee and manage junior team members
• Ability to work independently in absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative
• Proficiency with core analytical tools and approaches
• Knowledgeable with desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work based on National ID or transferable Iqama
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment, and you have the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• You can self-motivate and work autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teaming
• Confident and effective communicator with excellent influencing skills
• A skillful listener and strong at facilitating discussion

• Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools
