Job Summary:
Position: IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for POS, KOT, KDS, and QR menu systems.
Manage menu creation, updates, and modifications on LS Central POS.
Integrate and maintain online aggregator platforms for seamless order management.
Configure and set up new F&B stores in LS Central, including POS, KDS, and KOT systems.
Ensure smooth system operations and resolve technical issues related to restaurant IT systems.
Collaborate with restaurant staff to address operational challenges.
Train staff in using LS Central, KDS, and online platforms.
Document systems, workflows, and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of LS Central POS, KOT, KDS, and online aggregator platforms.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (certification preferred).
In-depth understanding of restaurant operations and workflows.
Familiarity with QR menu systems and integrations with third-party ordering platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff and vendors.
3-5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably within the F&B industry.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is highly desirable.
