About the Role:

Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the annual National Promotion Plan in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of promotion activities through Trade Alerts and regular updates.
  • Oversee execution and compliance of National Key Account promotional plans, ensuring alignment with SOPs.
  • Lead POSM (Point of Sale Materials) planning, sourcing, implementation, and depot space management.
  • Manage external agencies for in-store sampling, display activations, and sponsorship events.
  • Coordinate competitor monitoring and market feedback reporting for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective training, reporting, and system updates for all trade marketing initiatives.

Potential candidate must meet the requirements below:

  • University/college BA Degree in Marketing or Business related subject.
  • At least 5 years Trade Marketing experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East.
